Who we are
The Blue Tool ("Blue", "we") is provided by TODO: legal name (as on PAN) (sole proprietorship), TODO: full registered address in India, with PIN code. By using Blue you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Blue does
Blue helps YouTube creators plan, script, package and rescue videos with AI. It reads your channel through read-only YouTube access. It never posts to YouTube for you.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
- You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity in Blue.
- Blue uses YouTube API Services. By using Blue you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Only connect channels you own or are allowed to manage.
Plans and payment
- Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time.
- The price shown is the price you pay; no tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
- If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before it applies.
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is fixed.
Fair use, limits and credits
- Each plan includes an everyday usage pool with daily and monthly limits. When you reach a limit, Blue switches to light mode: chat keeps working and big jobs wait for the reset.
- Premium credits pay for Best mode, best thumbnails and motion clips. Blue shows the price before you spend them. Motion clips may use at most 70% of a month's plan credits.
- Plan credits and the usage pool reset each month. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
- Bought credits last 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and end when your account closes.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned.
- Plans are for one creator. Don't share accounts, resell access, or use scripts or bots to get around the limits.
Refunds and cancellation

Acceptable use
Don't use Blue to:
- break the law, YouTube's rules or Community Guidelines, or anyone's rights;
- make content that is hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, or that misleads people about real events;
- copy someone else's face, voice or work without permission;
- spam, run fake engagement, or mislead viewers with deceptive titles or thumbnails;
- attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Blue.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
- You own what you bring to Blue and what Blue makes for you: scripts, titles, thumbnails and other output.
- You let us store and process your content only to run Blue for you. This ends when you delete it, except backups, which expire.
- AI output can be wrong or similar to other people's. Check it before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.
Our service
Blue's software, design and brand belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use Blue while your account is active. We may change or improve features. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we'll tell you first.
Blue relies on outside services such as YouTube, Google and AI providers. We aren't responsible for their outages or changes.
Ending your account
You can stop using Blue and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Blue is provided "as is". We don't promise views, subscribers or income. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content or your misuse of Blue.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in TODO: city for courts (e.g. Ahmedabad, Gujarat) have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues are solved by email.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you at least 15 days before it applies. Continuing to use Blue means you accept the new terms.
